Glen has over 17 years experience in the music industry working at independent, major label and technology companies. At Restless Records he was the National Director of Sales and Marketing. At Interscope/Geffen/A&M he helped design sales and marketing plans for such artists as Eminem, Black Eyed Peas and U2. He recommended and monitored the implementation of new initiatives (executive sales board) that led to the entire Universal Music Group utilizing this data and methodology. At Apple he worked at iTunes retail and marketing group, specifically improving KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for major retailers including Wal-Mart, Target and Best Buy, as well as the for iTunes gift card division. He also set up the initial supply chain mapping for the entire European iTunes gift card group.
